If you look closely at blood spatter there is indications of high pressure spray on her left and right. I think she was rocking her head back and forth as the deeply cut here throat.

i know someone who killed himself this way. cut so hard and deep that they found him with the knife still in his neck. his son found him. stupid asshole!
