Interesting resuscitation technique - lifting her up and turning her face down. I wonder if they were doing this in conjunction with Heimlich maneuver abdominal compressions, in an attempt to get the water out of her lungs. The motto for this method is: "get the victim out of the water and then get the water out of the victim". It is not a popular method in the West, but still is used elsewhere. I wonder, is there any word as to whether or not the attempt was successful?
