Re: Stepchild Kills Stepfather Violently
Funny... the pictures don't look like the crime scene described. Just to start with, the deceased is a lot younger than 65. The pictures of the guy being arrested (including the last one of the crime scene with the girl wearing the red polo shirt) are consistent. The ROTAI Brazilian police, the age of the guy, the murder weapon (described as a "cavadeira" in the Brazilian news). Another detail that was in the news, the guy took a bath after the murder just beside the corpse. You can see that it doesn't happen in that bathroom. I'm trying to figure it out but I'm thinking a freaky accident. The splatter seems to suggest that his head blew all at once and in the position where the body is. It couldn't have been done with one hit of the "cavadeira", it's a digger like a large scissor with two small shovels. And it wouldn't have caused that splatter unless the murderer is able to hover in mid air. I'm on a limb here, because it's hard to identify some elements in the picture, but I can see a ratchet pipe thread tool. There are some things that look like bottles put together, maybe it's pipe , I can't say. And the white cylinder may be a small water heater. Something common in places where people can't afford a house water heater (or the services of a professional plumber). Let's say that he was trying to thread a pipe to conect the heater, the heater is poorly mounted, he moves to the threshold because he has to thread going left to right (it's harder facing the heater from inside), the heater falls over his head, he can't catch it, he's wearing flip-flops over ceramic tiles, his feet slip backwards, the heater crashes his head creating that splatter. |
