Seriously. I was in the military and saw some of the atrocities committed against people in the middle east. I have seen police officers who were friends (that I even sent you links confirming) who were gunned down by savage animals.

* 1960-1979: The gap between black and white homicide arrests dropped 55 percent, on average.

It's always funny to see the googled stats on the black crime because it's made by the same people that cooked numbers that made the Iraq invasion look like it was "Do or Die"-numbers you bought and continue to purchase. "7xs more likely" instead of actual percentages because if crime were put that way, you'd have FAR less then a 1%, bad apples, in any group you seek to demonize. 2/3 of violent crimes were committed by black males sounds ubber scary but what if only 3 violent crimes took place that year involving 2 blacks and the other white? Can't scare many ppl much with that, can you? I grew up in Memphis, 70% black city, that routinely shows up as #1 or #2 most violent city in the U.S. (after Detroit) Fuck the stats, I don't need stats. I went to public schools, as the only white person in any of my classes. I've been in the ghettos, I've seen how they think and there are housing projects in Memphis where ambulances will NOT go until police escort them, and then they just throw dude into the van and speed off. An old white reporter who showed up to report on a story was told he should not be there because he was white (not said in a mean way, they were trying to protect him)
In Memphis kids are shot while playing in their yards, or sleeping in their beds. Teenagers kill teenagers and adults. In a city of 700K almost 70,000 people are processed every year through '201' which is what we call the jail.

The news was too busy focusing on the 8 month pregnant lady shot in the stomach (baby protected her, but it was shot in the spine), the 3 females, including a young teen, shot by a man over an argument about a dog, 2 died; a man who tried to beat his wife to death with a log - shattering he arms, jaw, head; a 12 year old girl trick or treating while carrying her OWN baby, the baby was shot in her arms; a 16 yr old girl with 3 children, running from the 17 yr old baby's daddy of her youngest (who was already a year old) she ran into the dry cleaners and hid under a pile of clothes, but he found her, shot and killed her; the dead woman found under a long term stay hotel bed, who had been there for 3 months before she was found- a local family, she was killed by her husband; the elderly black couple in their late 70's shot and killed in their driveway; another elderly couple, wife in 80's husband 93, were murdered in their home by home invasion robbers - the man beaten to death, the woman strangled and dragged around the room in her underwear.

THIS is just shit I am thinking about off the top of my head. It goes on in and out every fucking day in Memphis. It's a fucking nightmare.

I'm sure you know by now I live in Metro Detroit, right? That means that while you talk about what you think Detroit is, I can tell you exactly what Detroit because I’m here and you’re there.
