The ones to the left are definitely stomachs: the pattern is why that part is called reticulum (and colloquialy, honeycomb), it's the second chamber in the alimentary canal of ruminant animals. After you clean it for cooking you can call it tripe (trippa): trippa is the most disgusting food i've ever tasted btw   · |

That reads the tenth of May, 2013. It can get a little confusing at times, but not everyone holds the same standard conventions for recording the date. It can be regional, like an accent.
