Today around 12pm on Pires Carvalho street, about eight armed and hooded men arrived in a white sienna model vehicle carrying 12 gauge shotguns and 9mm pistols. Their target was a local bricklayer, who was also an alledged trafficker identified as Elpídio Rego dos Santos, 36. He took over 15 shots, mostly to the head. The armed men left shooting in the air and shouting as if celebrating.
