what's the point of using kevlar vest when they shoot you in the head?
Well, shot placement is very important and depending on the amount of meters you are from the target would greatly make the difference shooting them in the head or at half mast (real life isn't like call of duty modern warfare 2 ). In this case it appears the people that were killed were ambushed judging by the location of where the bullets entered and exited the vehicle even the driver himself could be a clue and where the dead are laying down ....then again my theory of how this all went down could be wrong. Only the dead know all the answers.
