This happened last night. Woman shot (5 or 9 times, depending on report source) in the face by drug traffickers.

A woman was killed in the early hours of Sunday (Dec 27) in Salvador. According to popular, the young woman was involved in drug trafficking. The incident occurred at about 2:40 a.m. The victim was killed with five (possibly nine) shots on her face.
The woman's suitcase a quantity of cocaine was found. Also according to the police, the crime was committed by traffickers in the region . The case is being investigated by the Department of Homicide and Protection of Persons ( DHPP )

Information Update from Ved:
Informants close to the decedent indicated that she had recently been dating a member of law enforcement, while still maintaining her drug contacts on the street. Suspicion had been growing that she was passing information about drug deals to her boyfriend, so she was executed.

Witnesses to the execution described a brutal scene. She was abducted in the street by four men and dragged forcibly into an alley with large pile of refuse nearby. She fought against her assailants, screaming for help and begging them not to kill her. At one point, she fell down and was dragged by her ankles by two of the men the rest of the way. She was then held down beside a pile of discarded lumber and shot point-blank in the face by all four men using .380's. Witnesses were too scared to approach until the killers had left, but she was clearly long dead. The reason her breasts were exposed was apparently because her small shirt rode up above them while she was being dragged. The look of terror etched in her mangled face was likely because she had plenty of advance notice of her impending death. She died terrified. Pretty rough way to go.

Great find! I was trawling Brazilian news sites all night looking for fresh murders to post and somehow this one never even hit my radar. Fucking Google.

Anyway, after reading more details of the backstory, it seems that she was former friends with the illustrious, long-dead Kelly Cyclone. For those of you who haven't been around here that long, she was something of a celebrity here on DR when her morgue footage got leaked some years back:
