Well, after 0.38-0.40 it's usually blackout/vomitting/loss of consciousness, things start to get dangerous after 0.3-0.32.....especially if somebody is under 60 kg and a female...
However for fatties (aka over 90-100 kg) it doesn't really get over 0.2....they're too fat to actually be completely blackouted, so of you see a fat person (esp.fat man) blackouted, their level is most definitely above 0.3 which is basically deadly
