it's not fair that this happens to children. CPS i'm sure gets their hands full but this is a severe case that should've been handled before this beautiful girl died. |

First I blame the parents. Second I blame CPS. Third I blame the doctor that examined the child, diagnosed her with Herpes, and did absolutly nothing to investigate it further. Red flag....dumb fuck!!!  There are a lot of people at fault here. Hopefully, they wil all be dealt with. She's with the angels now, and no one can hurt her ever again.  |

I want to know too, what part of this is funny? Maybe you mean in an ironic way, but it is in no way funny. It is horrible and I only hope they somehow get justice and this little girl did not die in vain, but it seems that nothing can be enough, they deserve to suffer every day of their miserable lives.

Theres a fine line that should be seen in child abuse cases.It would seem you spank them and child services removes the child from the home..On the other hand parents that beat their children are often unnoticed ..A life was lost due to everyone minding their own business..Child protection laws have to be re worked..No child should ever go through that hell.. |

And I would be happy to be the one that sends them there. Maybe if there were proper penalties handed out for crimes like this, people might start to wise up and quit doing stuff like this. I feel pretty certain that if they knew they would be executed, they most likely wouldn't have done it. Punishment for beating a kid like she was beaten should be pretty severe, but not necessarily worthy of death. All of the rest of the stuff they did to her is most definitely worthy of capital punishment. |
