hit me up with them and I may be able to do something with them.

I use Gigapixel which can increase the resolution and reduce blurriness as well as increasing the sharpness of the image and noise removal.

It's designed to upscale images and increase output quality yeah.

I recently uploaded a resized image in another thread, I usually use it for videogame screenshots to bump up the resolution and details but it has its uses for smaller and more pixelated images too.
