I have doubts this is real. Blood would pool in the body causing discoloration in other extremities. The poop almost seems comical the way its piled up.
If the urine is pulling down towards us, why is there so much under the stools? Though the bodies have somewhat correct dimension, they look imposed in this photo. Shadowing seems off as well. Just a photoshopped fetish pic imo.
