Pic #10 (dead gal on top of the Chicago Tribune) is one of dozens of Polaroid photos from the Cook County morgue that I submitted to rotten.com 20+ years ago. I can't tell you how they came to be in my possession, however.  I don't remember the details of the case, but that might be the gal who was killed alongside her toddler. Brutal scene, with blood all over the place. I haven't seen those pics in ages.

Thanks, I was going to comment separately with what little info I could provide for certain photos as some I literally got off of Tumblr years ago with no captions or anything like that so needless to say I still don't know any information about half of these pictures. However the last one is one of the dozens of victims by William Suff AKA The Riverside Prostitute Killer, real nasty piece of work he was. Here's the article about him on Murderpedia (another site that I love using since it's extremely informative as it is downright insightful).
