So obscure that even I have never heard of it and I know THOUSANDS of movies. Had no idea because of how realistic it looked, but holy shit! That's some pretty fucking good special effects!  |

The second one has a very fascinating backstory. From what I can recall, there was a man who was involved in a nuclear accident (could've been Chernobyl, maybe?) and basically his DNA started to melt. He was in immense, very very severe pain for the rest of his days but the doctors kept him alive because it was an 'interesting study'.

Sadly there have been a lot of cases like this, especially with the US Government conducting Human Experimentation and purposely letting the main guy who was behind Unit 731 go in exchange simply for all his documents/test studies, etc.   |
