She was probably leaning forward at first and her socked feet were sliding around probably trying to keep a strong but stable force of neck in noose. Eventually when she passed out and died the last angle of her feet when sliding around was this. It appears she came from an upper class, (maybe Vaishya?), and probably did take ballet which would explain how her legs/ankles so easily go into that position.
