I was also very curious about the picture from inside a building. (Halfway down the list) I was able to make a guess. I am assuming that the person that took the picture is in the south tower. I am not sure if the tower was hit before the picture. I assumed maybe things are broken because of the other plane impacting the other tower. The building in front is the #2 World Financial Center building. The financial center building is the one with the dome shape top and is just 44 stories tall. If I can approximate the relative level of the building I can find out what floor the picture is from. I eyed the #2 Financial building and approximated how many stories from the top. I assumed that it is about 11-12 stories from the top. Thus the picture could have been taken from the 32st or 33rd floor on the south tower.  · |

I think it was taken from WTC #3, or the Marriot Hotel. It was called both. The windows seem about the same, but don't look a lot like the tower's windows.

They did know, and that is another aspect of the terror that most would like to forget. Imagine how bad it really was in the North Tower for people to jump knowing they are going to be killed instantly upon impact.

Thanks for the photos. Very interesting! The human confetti is amazing. The couldn't help but stare at the leg photo and wonder how the hell it stayed intact. |
