Re: Post Natal Infection
It's not low enough for a c-section. I have had two, working on my third kid right now. They do one of either two things. They can staple the incision shut, or they can use the stitches that dissolve. I have had both, I must prefer the stitches. I am allergic to cheap metal and I had a reaction to the staples. That, and my OB was on coke when he cut me and instead of cutting me about 8 inches he cut me from hip bone to hip bone. I had over 130-some odd staples in my stomach. I had my eldest on a Thursday. By the time I went to get the staples pulled on Monday the following week I had expelled all but 56 staples. Mine didn't get too infected, but I did end up in the ER that weekend from infection. Yay! Doctors on coke! Oh, and for the record they don't cut all the way across. My first stupid doctor was an idiot. The cut a small incision and then rip the skin the rest of the way apart. Why? Because torn skin heals better and faster then cut skin. My cousin recently had a c-section and the OR staff actually let her old man film the entire procedure. They won't give me the tape to put on here. lmao Yes, I have asked. Many many times. |
