Yesterday (16/05/13) a young woman, 22 years old, was shot, when she left the restaurant, where she was working, to make a home deleviry of pizzas.

The usual (sorry, but it is "the usual") two men on a motorcycle came by and fired three shots against her. Two hit her - one in the head and one in the neck, and she died immediately.

She was separated and leaves behind a son. She was not known to have any involvement with drugs or other crime.

I wonder was it a robbery or someone didn't like her alive. Sad she was working trying to support her and her little boy. Life is so cheap these days.

Im no expert in physics, but something tells me that totting that thing on your back might ruin the center of gravity.

That is the most troubling thing I have seen on DR. Why oh why would someone shoot the pizza delivery girl? The harrowing pictures with the box of pizzas still strapped to her back...can you imagined what she looked like going down?

Probably was the Burger King wiping out the competition.

To me, judged from the experience with the cases on this site, there are mainly two possibilities: Either the man from whom she separated, or she's mixed up with drugs/crime even if her friends and relatives don't know it (or more likely: won't admit it).

But of course: The competing pizza-chain is a better story, and we should allways go for the best story, shouldn't we?
