A 17-year-old teenager was apprehended, this Monday (5), on suspicion of having killed her grandmother with stones inside her own house in Feira de Santana, Bahia state, about 100 kilometers from Salvador. According to family members, the girl has psychological disorders.

C.S.S., 75 years old, lived with three grandchildren and their mother in the property. The other two teenagers, aged 13 and 15, also have psychological problems and are all undergoing treatment at a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) in the city.

According to a neighbor of the elderly woman, the teenagers used to throw stones at people passing by on the street when they were suffering an outburst.

The mother was not at home when the elderly woman was stoned and, when she arrived at the scene, she found her dead. The teenager suspected of killing her grandmother was taken to the Adolescent Offender Police Station.
