The dealers here are cutting heroin adn coke with fentynal, and its killing ppl at a rate unseen ever. 14 deaths in one week after my brother.
The guy he was with (his best friend) left him for dead, didnt call an ambulance, just llet himdie. And then that guy died 2 days later from an OD.
No one in twon will tell us what happened. PPL are posting on my FB that he deserved it. This is an epidemic worse than coke, crack or heroin.

It should be open killing season on heroin dealers. They are cutting heroin with fentanyl. This combination is killing people and the dealers don't give a fuck.
