No Wheelchair Access
32 year old man blasted right out of his wheelchair by...you guessed it...an armed gunman on a motorcycle. He had lost the use of his legs after a different shooting last January, though whether this hit was someone finishing the job or a different enemy altogether has not been established.  ·  · |

It is a Poor guy but who knows what his personal life consisted of to have a gunman try to take his life and then a gunman try again but succeed maybe he was with a crowd in the wrong place wrong time twice ? But I hear lightning does not strike the same place twice then again that has happened.
