It looks more fake than real to me. Alot of mistakes were made such as in the second pic, there would be creases in her skin from where the guy is putting pressure on her side to hold her in place. Also the women don't seem to have any genitalia whatsoever. And in the third pic, What the fuck is he supposed to be pulling out of her neck? Last time i checked humans don't have a heart there.
