Police responding to a report of an abandoned red and white taxi found the body of a bound, tortured and shot 30 to 35 year old man in the rear passenger seat. We are beginning to see a lot of these now, anybody know if Two Guys On A Motorbike Inc. owns Red and White Taxi service?
