Being a fucking junkie and shooting up with dirty needles getting antibiotic resistant strains of staph and having no health care or care about anything else in life but the next shot of JUNK! Wont be tying off that arm again anytime soon... Gross. |

It looks to me like there are some perforations/holes in the inside tissue that look like they were caused by bullets; being a hunter I have seen muscle and tissue damage that looks very much like the picture w/the dark areas inside of the arm- so, my opinion is he was shot in the arm and, possibly being a criminal, didn't seek medical attention for fear of being arrested and let it get to the point where he had no choice but to do so- imo
