The Nameless II

A few people requested it, so here it is, my third list of unidentified individuals with cases featured on NAMus.gov. There are several unusual case files I found recently, and I've marked them as such
Thanks for the encouragement on my last thread, guys. I appreciate it :)

Pinal County, Arizona
21 to 35 year old Hispanic/Latino Male

Decedent was an occupant in a motor vehicle accident, a single SUV vehicle roll-over causing 9 fatalities (8 victims were identified: 5 were Salvadorans, 2 were Mexicans, and 1 was Honduran). Decedent used alias Jose Alvarez Lopez from Culiacon, Mexico, with DOB of 10-03-1983, however Mexican authorities have confirmed that this person does not exist. Therefore, the name is likely an alias.
(This is a rare photo due to the presence of marbling from decomposition visible on the side of his face)

Hispanic male found in a laundry bag at the Southbound BQE Service Road and 49th Street (near New Calvary cemetery). Had multiple balloons of heroin in his stomach,
it is likely that he was a body packer, smuggling drugs into the country.
(I looked, but, frustratingly, they didn't have the official COD listed anywhere in the case file )

Pima County, Arizona
16 to 20 year old Hispanic/Latino Male

Alias " Juan Jose Solis-Castellano".

Decedent was an ejected occupant in a motor vehicle accident and was traveling with three identified decedents of Mexican Nationality: Jorge Yan Cervantes, Adalberto Lopez-Zuniga, and Jaime Artega Alba. Based on a US Border Patrol fingerprint match, the decedent used the name "JOSE JUAN SOLIS CASTELLANO" with a birthdate of "25 May 1982". Apprehension photos of this individual resemble the decedent (see Images Page). However, a Sonoran (Mexico) driver's license in the name of "ADREZ ESTRADA GERBASIO" was found in the vehicle and the photo on the ID card also resembles the decedent. It is possible that both of these names are aliases that the decedent used. Per the Mexican Consulate the decedent could be Honduran.
( Meaning Mexican authorities deny the existence of any Mexican citizen fitting the decedents information.)
(This is a unique case. Despite having everything you could hope for when identifying someone, everything from finger prints to an ID card, nothing has panned out because all of the information has come back as inaccurate. Forging an ID card is common, forging your finger prints- not so much...)

Hispanic male, approximately 20- to 30- years-of- age, was found fully suspended from by the neck from a branch in an orange tree in a grove in Redlands, California. ( Listed as a suicide, so the bruised appereance of his face is likely just decomposition underway. It sure is odd looking when they insist on swaddling the corpse with fabric to give the appearance of a disembodied head :\ )

Re: The Nameless II

Great post. It really amazes me that in this day and age of technology that there are still so many people who still die nameless.

Re: The Nameless II

These are all somebody's somebody, and they were loved by someone I imagine. Despite most likely dying alone, I really do hope they lived an easy one and not one of daily suffering. RIP.

Re: The Nameless II

At one time they were the children of someone, loved and happy. But life grinds forward to our universal isolation. We can clutch onto others, but we are drifting unceasingly to the ultimate desolate destination, and will soon be alone forever. No one to mourn means no sadness in your wake.

I will end it quickly when I become a weight to the few who love me. They have their own sad journeys to trod, no need to burden them any more than nature does on her own.

Re: The Nameless II

Great thread .

You know if everyone gave D.N.A or a finger print at birth then it would be easier to put a name with a face

That will be a Brave New World. Maybe it will happen by 1984.
