Yep, and the Marxists and taqiyya practicing Islamists are masters of propaganda. Pretty, young, female, perfect. You'd almost think these are like protestors in a western country, and not a murderous mob driven be Muslim fervor to commit themselves to slaughtering every man, woman, and child in Israel..... The fucking cartoons they show their children teach them to go into "Jews houses" and cut the throats of everyone inside for fucks sake. |

With the exceptions of people like me who refuse to vote in national + local elections. I hate politics + our country is overrun with foreigners that have made our country a fucking joke (not all foreigners, you know the ones I mean). If I were to vote, it'd be for UKIP. |

Have any of you actually been to Israel? Despite its myriad flaws, it is a shining example that the rest of the Levant should aspire to in many ways. The science and tech sectors are world class. They spend 5% of their GDP on R&D. Their scientific output - and the quality of it across numerous fields - is extremely impressive: solar and natural gas developments, biotech and genetics research, transformative agricultural developments, and the list goes on. As stated, Israel is also huge in the tech world. They invented flash drives and dual-core processors. Because of all this, they have high living standards (by HDI, sandwiched between the UK and France), and actually afford people the freedom to live their lives how they want. 2/3's of Israelis are not religious. Tel-Aviv is a great place to visit in your 20's. Yes, I agree, they need to stop murdering people. When you're the vastly more powerful side in a conflict, you have the responsibility to moderate your actions and take the ethical high ground. I also agree that the Palestinians use some despicable tactics. But Israel put a wall around the Palestinians and has been bombing various sites. That is pretty fucked when you think about it. Still, my point is that Israel is the best thing that part of the world has going for it. |

I hear you... but not voting is actually worse... than voting for someone/anyone. Somehow the worst parties always manage to mobilize their following the most... also not to mention that you never know if someone voted for you in your absence at the polling stations.
