Couple of questions though, I'm not familiar with what happens to corpses after death.

1. Why are bodies kept in a vault?

2. Why do you need to keep the bodies preserved? As in keep taking them out and putting them into a new place?

I was under the impression that if someone was to pass then they would be buried or cremated. If buried then once buried they stay buried. I just don't get the whole vault thing.
