I didn't notice that but I will take your word for it. Also notice her clothes and hair. She had to be alive when beheaded. There are no other real fatal injuries anyway are there?

While I do agree with Wolfie that she was probably alive while being beheaded, do bear in mind that the narcos are very very fond of suffocating/strangling their female victims. In this case, I think it was the decap that killed her, but with these cartel boys, a lack of obvious fatal injury is usually indicative of death-by-asphyxiation.
