On Monday 16th March, Brazil, a 25yo man was surprised by two men who were in a vehicle that seems from the weird description to be black in colour with tinted windows, unmarked model and no registration plates.

They approached the victim by leaving the parked mystery car and unleashed several shots aiming - successfully - for his head. He died at the scene.

After the shooting the accused returned to the mystery vehicle and sped off to a mystery location.

The bandaged arm shown is of a 40yo man who was hit by one of the bullets.

No motive was provided.
