Authorities in Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, confirmed that during the morning of last Friday, made the discovery of a man encobijado, who had been brutally tortured and executed.
He had torture signs and had been shot in the head.
The Mexican Army and other police agencies were present in the area while conducting the investigations.
