The fire must've gone out pretty quickly, I don't see any actual charring on his body, just his clothes. He looks fairly dusty, maybe somebody dumped foscheck on him ?

If you zoom in you can see he's very badly burned in a few parts of his body.

I will never understand these people who set themselves on fire to "protest" poverty; now, this dude was just poor before, then he was poor and roasted, now he's dead. What an achievement.
The other dude, the one who set himself on fire in 2010, sparked a revolution which brought his country from a bad situation to a worse one; plus, 338 people lost their lives and 2,147 injured. Seriously, where they think they're going by setting themselves on fire?
