Why was she burning, still alive, and nobody got so much as a cup of water to throw on her? Or try covering her with a blanket or something!? I've seen several videos of someone burning or bleeding out( like the guy who had his dick cut off by his wife) and everybody is just standing around taking pictures! Does anyone know what happened to them?

Brazil is littered with Brazilians. Also, would have only made matters worse. The sheer volume of accelerant made the situation very complicated re: smothering the fire.
