The video of this is in the video section. It happened after a chase. He tried to burn himself up in his truck first but ran out of it. Then ran back, grabbed his gun and Blamo!

Yes, it's possible but not necessarily 100%. The chances are almost, not always though, certain if one has an open wound of some sort on his/her hands or arms in which the man's blood goes into his/her wound. However, just because they don't have an open sore doesn't mean they're out of the water.

Daniel Victor Jones. There is a video of the incident in the vids section. He had aids and cancer and was mad at his HMO for the shitty coverage they gave him. Set his truck on fire and shotgunned himself in the forehead. It was sensationalized by the media since he did it while being broadcast live by news helicopter. Compounded by the fact that some kids shows were cut off to display the "Breaking News" of the high speed chase that led up to it, so many children got to watch it happen. 1998.
