No matter which way you look at it everything has a chain reaction reguardless of the situation and wether you set of the incident is irrelivent, if you play your part in something like this and people expect you to get done for it then so should everyone else who is involved in causing it or the law would fall to bits. She was a accessory to nothing but being a twat.
