My friend also died while doing this stuff. He was older 50's setting position, belt -looped-around headboard of bed, went too long and he passed out, slumped forwards and choked to death on his own belt. Found him about 4 hours afterwards, so horrible and such a waste. It is a deadly and stupid risk and it claims lives everyday. And the thing is the belt was so loose you could have fit a bowling ball behind it and he stilled passed out fell forwards with throat onto the belt and choked.

I had a chin up bar like that one. They hold really well and support alot of weight. This is a good testament to quality craftsmanship when it comes to exercise equipment. |
