Yup. An oldie but goodie. I have these same photos stored somewhere, and I believe I may have shared them on here a few weeks ago. Some relatively unknown crime/gore blog said this was a hooker who OD'd on heroin in Philadelphia (city of brotherly "love") but that site has a lot of inaccuracy (cited a clearly Brazilian/Latin American homicide, the one with the woman in a freezer, as being from West Virginia). I also heard way back (not on Rotten or Ogrish, but another site) that this poor chick was raped and possibly sodomized. So the official story is ambiguous, we may never know what happened to this chick. Except that she's a goner. Which sucks... but 99% of the peeps featured on DR are goners, and some die in far more agonizing, brutal ways than others.
