Sexual assault is almost unheard of in Cartel executions. Usually reserved only for prozzies who don't kick up the proceeds. It tends to get in the way of the message. The people who order these hits don't want any misconceptions about why these victims are chosen. Making sure that there is never a sexual element involved ensures that everyone knows it was all business.

Lichtenstein is a damn gap in the road, smaller than most Chicago suburbs. Even the McDonalds there is small and grubby. Not even good for tax evasion anymore, they sold the bank to tax inspectors in Germany. A seedy little place with no reason for existence, like you cut of the worst parts of romansh speaking Switzerland and made it a country.
