Yup, I think it's a fetish thing too. If this were really a dead guy, a pic wouldn't have taken so quickly after the event, it doesn't look like a police photo, plus, the pee hasn't sunk into the concrete, which happens really fast (I have chihuahuas) and the guy's body doesn't look dead--in fact his back muscles are clearly bracing himself, and he has no lividity or apparent rigor mortis.
