Re: Lets Take a Pic!

It's crazy how everytime something happens people either take a pic or video of it. Nothing's sacred anymore.

Re: Lets Take a Pic!

Shit, after lifting the corpses wallet, I'd then steal his phone and use it to take the death pics.

Then, to add insult to injury (he-he), I'd post the pic here and donate the cash to this site.
Talk about rude!

I would in a heartbeat unless I was close with them...but then again, I'm a sociopath, so I have an excuse

Re: Lets Take a Pic!

Depends on the situation... and I wonder... can you go to prison for taking pics of dead people?

Don't know how you could... it's NOT abuse of a corpse.... I mean as long as you are not trampling all over a crime scene, I don't see how it could be a crime.

If it is a murder you can go down for interfering in an investigation if the pics reveal details that the cops want to hold back...in addition, you can get sued by family for violating privacy or somesuch depending on the laws where you took the pics

Oh dear god... hence the "as long as you're not trampling on a crime scene" part of that statement. And as for the other... You can't tell me that every photographer posted on this site... 302 pages of death pictures and 95 pages of death videos was sued...

Please note that revealing details of an investigation is not the same as trampling over a crime scene...and I DID say CAN get sued, not will...the few times that has happened have usually involved illegal leaks of pics, and were after the leakers, not posters that spread them...we're safe as long as we don't go stealing photos from police files of open cases or somesuch
