Old munitions laying about.. Sadly, many children succumb to this death daily all over the world.  Bombs that didn't explode, mines that were laid decades ago, junk just laying about. |

I've heard that in some countries leaving children without looker is illegal. But in our country people often let their 5-6 yo kids playing in streets and going as guests to the other part of the town. Those kids could find some ammo and secretly took it with them. |

Those are MORTAR rounds Not RPG. they are Blue in color this denotes INERT. So...it looks to me as if someone tried to re-activate them, and.....did it WRONG!

They might have found a quantity of mortar rounds, at least one of which, was live. During combat or in a war zone in general, a lot of stuff can get left behind in a haphazard fashion. |
