Apparently the prosecutor's office has confirmed that Cherrez was in hiding in Punta Blanca, and had been for several weeks.

According to the office, the girlfriend accidentally revealed their location during several TikTok broadcasts and Cherrez's enemies were watching her feeds because Cherrez had previously commented on them.

The assailants were able to determine not only which beach they were hiding on, but which specific house because she featured them in several videos.

I wonder of they let her know that while she was tied up and being tortured for information she likely didn't know anything about at all.

Well, the place they were staying at was well beneath their usual means, so whether the old man told her explicitly or not, she shoulda known they were keeping a low profile. I also expect it is highly unlikely, even for a Tik Tokker with half a brain, to be aware when her sugar daddy is hip deep in drugs, organized crime, and dirty political dealings.

But who knows. They all paid for her carelessness, that's for sure.

He was ostensibly supposed to be hiding 'off the grid' where he couldn't be found (and wouldn't have been found if his dumb girlfriend hadn't outed them on TikTok). He was worried that anything too upscale would get him outed so he and his girl and his buddy basically went to a lower middle class beach house to shack up until heat died down.
