Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)
American Johnny White drove in the USAC Championship 1963/4, he started 11 races finishing top 10 in seven of them. His career best finish was 4th at the 1964 Indy 500. Johnny's career sadly came to an end at the Terre Haute track on the 7th June 1964 when he turned his car over, grinding it along the rail before it dropped over the other side, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. |

Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)
I have just a couple to share: First one I just felt I had to share. It is Steve Kinser at Indy in 97. He is a family friend. He made the race in 97 and finished 14th. Second pic is just one I thought was a cool pic of Sam Hornish Jr.'s practice @ Indy in 2005. This is my first actual post. Hopefully they will get better and I will have more to share! |

Re: Indy/Formula One: Fatal and Non Fatal Crash Photos (Stop Motion, Color, B&W)
Johnny Rutherford at Eldora, April 1966. Unsuprisingly he broke both of his arms and was out for the rest of the season. Ouch...
