Husband Shortcuts Divorce With Cell Phone Cable
This couple (he was 42 and she was 35) were in the middle of divorce proceedings when the fella decided to just avoid a few steps and end things earlier than expected. In this case, he decided to dodge the lawyers, judges, mediators, and all sense of human decency. The two were allegedly in the middle of a heated argument about the aforementioned divorce when hubby lost all patience and wrapped the cord for a cell phone charger around the wife's neck. She apparently struggled and it took him some time and effort to finish the job (you can see multiple ligature abrasions on her throat in the photos), but eventually he strangled her to death on the kitchen floor. Neighbors heard the fight and more screaming than usual, so they called the police. But by the time the cops arrived, hubby had adjourned to a storage shed behind the house and hung himself. Reporters mentioned that he had tried suicide about 6 weeks earlier, but the wife found him before death and prevented it. No good deed, as they say...  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

They both appear to still be wearing their wedding rings? When I was in the middle of a divorce that ring came right off!
