Well it isn't. The pics were taken in the dark so it could be the flash acting strange but i assure you that is the head to the body.

You are right, It's not fake at all. The flash makes a dark edge alone one side of the head with the background darker and the head much lighter. So it looks photoshopped. And it also looks Mexican. Mexican gore never surprises me anymore. One of my coworkers here in San Diego got out of Tia Juana cause the cartel was threatening him. He smoked up more than a few ounces of pot he was supposed to be selling. They did try to kill him but the shooter had the pistol jam. By then my pot smoking coworker was running away with his friend. His friend got it in the back and he was dodging behind everything he could and kept going until he was out of sight.
