Haven't seen this done before. I don't see why they appear to be so careful.
Idk man, Maybe it will be removed and used for some kind of organ transplant, perhaps transplanting cornea's or something.

The eyes have been dead awhile. If I was the transplant surgeon I would not transplant that tissue.
