Damn, poor woman. Terrible way to go. Wonder what kind of 'responsibility' the dog owners are going to face?  Any dog will go 'vicious' if starved and deprived of water. |

Basement isn't an ideal place for a husky anyway. You need a big backyard or an outside caged area of their own and you need to hike them way more than usual, huskies have a lot of energy and require a very active environment and owner.
