Homeless Man in Brazil Murderd
A homeless man known as "Nego Beto" was shot and killed in Joao Pessoa, Brazil. On the morning of Wednesday January 30th, 2013. Police said the man was sleeping at the time at the time of attack.

He was not just an innocent'homeless'. He was in jail once and used to 'perform' robberies at traffic lights. On the news, they also said that he tried to rob a gas station a day before. It's not a common thing to kill just by killing, even in Brazil. As I brazilian, I can recognize he was killed by civilians (or even the police) because he was a burden for the society.
