Re: Heads Crushed And One Guy Broomhandled
It's often the case in Latin America, that victims found with that form of injury, i.e. a broom handle up the arse, was a suspected rapist or a homosexual. With the level of anger that must have been attached to these murders, I would guess at a suspected rapist who got taken out by a relative of a victim. Judging by the amount of blood on the broom handle I would say that the victim was very much alive while he was being violated, and very much awake and aware. It's not always a broom handle but they are very much increasingly common because they are so common that a vendor is unlikely to remember selling one particular item to one particular customer on any particular day so they are virtually untraceable and they are strong enough to enable the "punishment" to go on for some time before the victim is finally killed or dies from internal injuries inflicted by the violation. In a lot of Latin American countries, broom handle torture murders aren't investigated by the police or the evidence gets "mislaid" before a prosecution can result, unless the suspect is already a person of interest in other matters. The simple fact is that this form of vigilante work is often based on far more accurate information than would ever be passed to the police in their inquiries, and means that a massively understaffed and overstretched police force can concentrate on other crimes of greater impact and severity... |
