I was able to figure it out from clues in the pictures.

This is at the EMS Commerce factory in Istanbul, Turkey. They make milling machines, hydraulic presses, and other industrial machinery.

I believe he is caught in one of their presses. They both use and manufacture some that look very similar.

This is the floor of the factory. The image quality sucks, but it's pretty fuckin difficult to find pictures of random factories in Turkey:
