1st and 2nd pict was the gruesome view of the hanging incident. Lots of onlookers...

3rd pict onward, was the cause of the hanging. It looks like the lady in blue was the driver as evident with her hands driving position.

Evidence gathered ruled that the driver must have been drunk, judging her hands stiffened at wrong hand driving position, wearing her skirt above her waist and driving while blinded with a big white patch on her eyes.
