Does anyone else agree that she probably had the gun in her mouth? There is what looks like powder burns around the edges of her mouth, the nose is displaced and the laceration could be an exit wound?

I agree. burn marks on the mouth, traveling
behind the eye, and out the forehead.

She did place the barrel in her mouth. The tears around the lips are classic signs. The gun goes off and the exploding gas expands in the mouth. The skin can only stretch so much.
